One person, start to finish
I'm Jackson. JBweb Solutions is me: one person, working out of Samford Valley, building websites for trades and small businesses across greater Brisbane.
That means the person who quotes your website is the person who designs it, builds it, and picks up the phone eighteen months later when you want to add a page. There is no account manager, no offshore hand-off, and nobody to be transferred to.
It also means I take on a small number of projects at a time, and I would rather tell you a job isn't a good fit than take it on badly. If what you need is a fifty-page site with a custom booking engine, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
What's included
Turnkey, in the boring literal sense
Most quotes cover the website and leave you to work out the rest. Getting a business online properly means the domain, the email, the Google listing and the site all agreeing with each other. I do the lot, so there's nothing left on your desk.
Professional email
you@yourbusiness on your own domain, set up on your phone and computer, with sending configured properly so your mail is trusted. Mailboxes are billed monthly, so email is quoted separately from the build. You can hold the account yourself or leave it with me.
Your Google listing
The Google Business Profile that shows your address, hours and reviews on Maps, set up and pointed at the same details as your site.
The website
Designed from scratch for your business, built to load fast on a phone, and written for the customers you actually want.
Keeping it running
Hosting, updates and a real person to call. It is optional, and you are never locked in: you own the site, the domain and the content.
